Red Valley/Swiss Farms – Australia – Bell Injection – 2016 to 2017
Here I worked for one year during the years of 2016 and 2017 in a Banana Farm at the Northern of Australia, I was located in a remote area, a really small village and this was my first experience out of Brazil (except for some previous short trips to Argentina and Paraguay), at that time I could barely speak English (but only for 6 months) and I was meeting an enormous amount of different people from different countries, so there I learnt a lot on how to deal professionally with colleagues that have different ideas than mine, it was at times a very handful and heavy job, but for a while I was chosen as our team leader, another experience that gave me a very important life lesson during this one year in the beautiful Australia, being in the top is not as great and glamorous as it looks, is very hard and is better you be prepared to be in charge of everyone’s mistakes, as the leader is the responsible for all the team.
