ITSP Services – Austria – Customer Support Agent – 2019 to 2021

This experience, also my current one, where I work on a 35 hours per week basis as a Customer Support Agent, for the ITSP Services company, based in Salzburg, Austria, taught me a lot about systems that I had no experience yet, such as dealing with CRM and online back offices as well as other financial and structural systems, however, the most important, relevant and meaningful learning for me was the customers, how to deal with them, whether in a more formal way via email or in a more relaxed (or pressured) one in a phone call or a live chat (just like the WhatsApp), being exposed to the needs of demanding and sometimes difficult persons was (and is being) a huge improvement on how I work under pressure, but still deliver with mastery what´s required.
